Some shopping savings week of 2/8 to 2/15

Last week was an AMAZING week to shop with coupons. There were so many good coupons and great store deals. Especially at Walgreens and Rite Aid. It got even better because on Friday almost everything at Walgreens was 15% off. I went a little over board with my shopping. But we could probably not have to leave the house for the next month and be ok. (except for milk.) This is some of the items that I bought on Friday at Walgreens. I ended up making 13 transactions at Walgreens last week total. I spent $66.16 and saved $243.89. Plus I still had $15 in register rewards to spend. I ended up buying 6 packages of Huggies diapers, 8 boxes of Mac & Cheese more body wash and 3 razors. Tim even went to Walgreens once for me. I told him what to buy and gave him the coupons to use. Way to go Tim!!

I also went to Rite Aid twice last week. (I didn't take any pictures.) I spent $25.11 and saved $36.99. I am getting $9.50 in mail in rebates and a $5 Visa gift card from Rite Aid. Wahoo!!

Do you use the e-coupons from cellfire.com and shortcuts.com?? They are my favorite! That's why I shop almost always at Safeway anymore. I purchased these items at Safeway on Monday night. I spent $1.17 for all 6 items. (I saved 93%) There were e-coupons for the fiber one yogurt and the frosting. The best thing about the e-coupons is that you add them to your card and wait for the item to be on sale. I have overage of $2 for buying the yogurt and I $1.11 in overage for the frosting. Safeway won't give you money back so I purchased the other items that I needed to make up the difference. I had a free coupon for the package of Oreo's. The e-coupons are hard to explain. I can explain better in person. The best advice is load ALL the coupons onto your card everytime they are available from both websites. That is how I got the overage.
CVS on Monday night: I spent $2.38 out of pocket. I saved $40.03. I paid my entire purchase with change! Plus I got $12.50 ECB to spend at CVS in the future! We needed the chips for Miles' science project.
